Freeway Ford did our 30k/2 year service on our Platinum. They were efficient with nothing left out and the car came back nice and clean. I cannot recommend this centre enough for reliability and fix first time. I have been coming here for over 15 years, not disappointed at any stage.
Quick shout out to Blake with Freeway Ford, was a great time during the test drive and the whole paperwork side was a bliss also, very down to earth and easy to talk too, along with no bullshit.. Great place to deal with, with even greater people will be sure to get out next car through the tram down at Freeway Ford.
Absolute shocking business to deal with. Bought a brand new transit van sight unseen as they didn’t have it in stock. Asked for photos of said van, which was met with angst from the salesman (Tony Philips) He said no photos were able to be produced. Though I was guaranteed it was a brand new van. Tony actually referred to as a “unicorn”. We picked our van up 3 weeks later.
