Brought my brand new car in for a cleaning and it came out with scratches. When I raised the concern, I was told to either file a police report or not come back. Extremely disappointing experience and even more disappointing customer service.
Got a full detail special and it took longer than expected but they did an amazing job, totally worth it. my suv definitely needed it. 5 stars. ⭐️
Freeway, count your days!!! I’m so upset I talked to the manager explain my situation and still no help. They just gave me a card for next time to tell manager that I can get a free 33$ car wash when I only wanted to spend $40 or $50 & when I tell them if I can get 40$ or 50$ back when I spent $100 accidentally because I couldn’t see the prices and ask the guy he always gives me high prices told them that I only wanted to pay 40 or $50.
