Guy showed up, spoke no english, said “i no tow” and left. Absolute bafoonery.
Horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them. Their driver, OLASUPO ALADE decided to leave my window open during the hour long tow in the pouring rain. The company is now trying everything they can to not have to pay for the damages that were caused by this, despite ample proof. The driver was also very rude and told my mechanic not to take photos of my vehicle when the window was down on top of his truck, so is trying to hide his mistake. Highly recommend. Wow smooth tow call to CAA brought my 2009 Montana mini van back home from Courtice transmission repair shop. Freeway came to my Rescue Ref. #318 . The Freeway Rescuer's friendly nature, strong communication skills, helpfulness was over the top. He showed exceptional towing abilities and recognized our need for Roadside Assistance and relieved our stress, thank you.
