I had a sheriff's tow and on the second day I was told there was no after hours and that I couldn't pick up my car at 5:30 by 5:30 the next day I was able to pick up my car they have after hours and they lied to me about it just so that they can charge me a 72 hours lean fee please beware of this week they will tell you that they're closed and that you're not allowed to get your car out by day two when they are open until 7:00 p.m. they just are interested in collecting the extra fees which could be over $200
Absolutely terrible service!!!!! AVOID AT ALL costs. This company contracts with AAA. If you call AAA for a tow and you are located in or near the San Gabriel Valley, please confirm that they are NOT sending this company. On Thurs, June 25th I got a flat tire. I contacted AAA (auto club) at around 1:30pm. Jack from Freeway Towing was dispatched to us and he arrived so fast. I think we waited only ten minutes, if that. Jack was friendly and super helpful. My elderly mom was with me and he kindly offered us waters. Jack inspected the tire and was able to fill it enough to get me to a very nearby tire shop. He followed closely behind our car to make sure we got there safely and followed up with me to ensure I was able to get the tire patched up.... read more
they purposely hunt for cars that they want to have for themselves to tow
Got a new alternator here and it busted in LESS THAN A YEAR. Shop manager said I should of called them and they could've towed my car but I was out of town with low signal and it was getting dark so I got it fixed elsewhere. Thought they could've reimburse the replacement part I had to get but I guess not. No idea what they gave me, new alternator shouldve lasted 7-10 years...
