Best experience I have had with any self storage facility. Their pricing is fair, their customer service was great, especially by Laura, and they actually put some thought into designing their storage buildings to make access much easier. Most other facilities only provide a single house sized entry door to access the storage units inside. This means struggling to get large furniture and other large items past this ridiculously small door first. Was super friendly & easy to do business with! Then they sold out to a new owner, and they raised the prices immediately. I had a spot in the front parking lot, and when I told them I was canceling my space, they tried everything to get me to stay. Offered me a spot in the back in the gravel lot! Bad business to buy and immediately raise prices.
