Don’t usually post reviews but after a long drawn out fight to try to get so much as an apology, I will. I rented this unit last year for a temporary stay- about 5 months-. I rented a climate controlled unit because I had stuff that was important to me and not the cheapest. When it came time to move out. EVERYTHING was covered in mold. My couches, my shoes, utensils, you name it. I ended up just paying them $70 a month to store trash I could’ve saved myself time and money and thrown it away ahead of time. Best experience I have had with any self storage facility. Their pricing is fair, their customer service was great, especially by Laura, and they actually put some thought into designing their storage buildings to make access much easier. Most other facilities only provide a single house sized entry door to access the storage units inside. This means struggling to get large furniture and other large items past this ridiculously small door first.
