Fees jump up often. Gate is open all day lately. Clean property. Nicely maintained. Why is gate always open? Photo taken at 8PM.
Well we paid for six months with the special of the first month free and then they claimed that we only paid for 5 months! SCAM! Be aware!!
Today we vacated a storage unit at FreeUp Storage on Boy Scout Road. Jessica, an associate for FreeUp, was very helpful in locating our account and making sure the upcoming autopay for April was cancelled which we very much appreciated. She was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Jessica! And by the way—that unit was easily accessible, clean, and climate controlled.
