Easy to rent online. Clean. Employees are friendly on phone and virtually. The only issue we had was when we arrived to move in, there was not a physical person in the office to help direct us to our unit. We drove around a bit, but never found it. Luckily, someone came and showed us. It was thru an unmarked door. There should be some sort of signage or map given to customers that helps them navigate the facility when an employee is not there to help. Otherwise, this was a great transaction.
Janna and the others have been very helpful and easy to communicate with!
Jessica was great !! A $3 raise would be well deserved it’s rare to get exceptional customer service.
