Not very secure. Gates are closed during the day but always open through the night? When we moved in 11/26 so we had to pay a prorated fee which was fine until we went to move out on 4/3 and they said the don't prorate so I had to pay an entire month for 3 days of usage. I don't find it right to prorate move ins but not move outs.

I rented a unit at the Dahlonega location. There was some confusion with my rental due to this call center service (I don't care for). It could have been messy, HOWEVER, the manager of the dahlonega location promptly called me, discovered the issue and handled it so well! She came in on a Sunday and very calmly and professionally corrected all the issues. It takes management like her to be a successful business.
