This review is not a reflection of the team members at Brookdale. They have been quite gracious and accommodating. I’ve been renting a 10x20 parking space here for the past two years. While I’ve consistently paid on time and always provided insurance documentation when requested, I’ve been disappointed with the steady increase in pricing. My rate has risen from around $50 to $83 per month—despite no changes in the space itself, which remains an uncovered, basic parking spot.
