Was not happy with moving out on what I thought was my 10 day renewal date. But was told I was getting charged a full month. Even though I thought my renewal date was the 13th. They charged me on the 1st with no pro- rated rental. Used for 3 days. Was charged for 30. Will not use again, or reccomend
