Steven Winfree is a complete crook, never returns phone calls, emails, text messages or in person gestures. He doesn't complete the job, hires people with little to know experiance to instal pool equipment, doesn't give you the equipment you paid for, provides used equipmwnt even though I paid for new equipment. He is a complete liar, hides from people he owes money and equipment to, has a huge track record for court appearances from failing to finish the job according to contract. Do not deal with this company. He walked away from this job with my yard in ruin, owing me equipment and with no instructions on how to care for my pool. He makes many empty promises and it will take FOREVER for him to "get around" to working n your pool after he takes your money! If no stars were a option that is what I would pick instead of 1 star.
WARNING - Do not deal with this company or Mr. Winfree. He is a straight up scam, with a capital S. Please do your research and review other reviews online. If that isn't enough for you, check out the company and his court records. He will take your money and you get nothing, but the runaround. He will return your call when he knows he can get money, but after he gets money, don't plan on talking or seeing him anymore. He needs to go straight to jail and if I have anything to do with it, that's where he's headed!
Huge Scam Artist WARNING - This company and the owner Steve will take your money and you will get nothing in return. Do your homework and check other reviews and court records for the owner and company. If you want something for your money, you will not find it here. This company or owner either deserve a 1 star rating, but had to do it to spread the word.
Do not use this pool company. He took our deposit and will not show up to do ANY work. He just keeps making excuses. Now he won't even return our deposit. Shame on you Steve. I didn't figure you for a thief. See you in court
