The environment is wonderful. The gym is made because of the energy of the owner Gina! She is literally the type of person everyone needs to have in their lives. Knowledgeable and energetic to say the least. The music too! Always on point!!!!!
I just took the 6:30 am Strike class with Courtney and it was amazing. You have to check out Freestyle you will love the space, the trainers, and the classes!
When you commit to fitness as a lifestyle finding the right gym is like finding a second home. There are the basic factors- proximity, price, and hours and then there are the meaningful ones- community, varied offerings, education, engagement, goal setting, personalized attention, progression, etc. I can't say enough about the research, passion, and practice everyone who runs and is employed by this gym puts in. What a gem! I've belonged to numerous gyms in various states, and rank Freestyle as the best. No two classes are alike. They're brief and intense. Instructors challenge you. And at the same time are very personable and sensitive to any limitations. It's rare to find such a great team of instructors in one place. Gina's talent for creating a supportive and motivational environment really makes Freestyle special. Since I joined in January, I've lost 1-1/2 lb. of body fat.
