I have been coming to Freestyle on and off for the past 10 years and everytime I try somewhere new.... I am reminded that Jake is the ONLY one that can get my fitness to the ABSOLUTE BEST. He knows how to tone muscle and build endurance with a large variety of workouts which is my favorite because I NORMALLY GET VERY BORED!
Absolutely LOVE this gym! The gym is ALWAYS clean and well kept, and knowing equipment is cleaned after each session puts my mind at ease. The trainer, Jake, is also a great coach that keeps the whole group motivated and ready to push through to their goals.
Awesome gym and atmosphere! Been training with Jake for a couple weeks. Every time I leave that gym I feel stronger and more confident. Definitely recommend this gym!
Best gym/training in town for sure! As a female I’m more self conscious when it comes to learning MMA. Jake gives me and the other females our own time and space to learn and feel comfortable.
Awesome Coach, and i never get bored with all the different stuff to train.
