We had our truck towed to this shop and it stayed there for over five weeks. They told us the truck needed a transmission, which turned out not to be true. After we paid $1,919 for no real repair or resolution, they locked the truck with the key inside and told the towing company it wasn’t their problem. Very disappointing experience and lack of responsibility.

Had a check engine light on that went off, they said it must have fixed itself. Not sure how that happens, but they didn’t charge me for diagnosing the code so. Thanks guys
