So far long as I've been sick hurt this team they have is amazing some in the past were very rude and just didn't know I would get on their level sick and all, but I didn't let their bad day, evening or night take me to another level, because the woman I am!! Respect goes a long way it's earned not voluntarily given. with this said I was born in this hospital and whoever is running the staff coordinating now has done an amazing job with the doctors and nurses, Way to go FREESTONE EMERGENCY ROOM TEAM🎉🙌🏽
I went in to ER on 07/28/24 first of all when I got there I waited damn near 15min waiting cause the registration front desk was making her food then the man at I guess nurse desk ask what's going on I start explaining he shrugged me off said she'll check you in the when I got called back the old man I guess doctor assistant was rude and his demeanor was very like unwelcome the doctor I had was just like I'm doctor whatever then 7pm staff was even worse yea I stick to Parkview regional at least the make me feel welcome to ge... read more
