Worst of the worst! Stay away for sure! Hired them to file a lien on an abanded vehicle in October of 2020. They said it would take about 3 months to get a title. They have been paid in full but still as of june 29, 2021 no title. The worst part of all is they are impossible to reach. They have an answering service that takes your calls and forwards your message to them. Then no one returns the call. Business response:
Unfortunately we did drop the ball on this. We are overwhelmed with work and calls etc and don't have the admin help that we need. Hopefully soon we can fix that. It's no excuse, but we have some traumatic events that happened in 2018 and 2019, which started the ball rolling for this major backup and disorganization. We have reached out to the shop and provided an update on their lien. Hopefully we can get a chance to earn their business back
