Update June 2026 - the people working at Freestate are not very intelligent and can't follow instructions. From the time you're trying to get the necessary information over to them & the gal in the office doesn't bother to let you know she still did not receive it (my non tech saavy husband was trying to send it) and then they're closed on Friday's so you can't get ahold of them. Better get yourself a generator or start off grid applications. Power goes out weekly, so be prepared for devices that need constant power to fail. It becomes a giant nuisance to always have to reset things we have going. It doesn't ever fail if we are making something for power to go out. Often we are at work so we are not home to manually turn the things back on that dont just auto power back up. Most of the time that ruins the product being made. So dont try making bread, yogurt, etc. Dont try growing plants with timers a... read more
Rudest, hateful, unhelpful people to try to talk to! I wouldn't give them a one star but I had to put something. Slammed the phone and hung up on me...
