Just called to get service set up and Elizabeth was so friendly! I wanted to make sure to get on here and give a positive shout out as I'd seen negative comments about them not being friendly. Not sure if she's new, but always like to share good experiences when I have them.

If this is your power company I’d advise you to invest in a nice generator asap!! Power goes out everytime the wind blows and takes 3-8 hours to come back on. Slowest service ever. Miss Leavenworth/Jefferson
Every since the merger with freestate electric the whole experience has changed it was a whole lot better just under kaw valley. They sold the propane if they didn't the merger wouldn't happen as i was told. Really disappointed In all the negative changes that has come from this over the years. But they people in the topeka office are mostly friendly. It the uppers that make the rules we are not protected under the same rules as other utility use are. Because we are a co-op.
