Rudest, hateful, unhelpful people to try to talk to! I wouldn't give them a one star but I had to put something. Slammed the phone and hung up on me... Just called to get service set up and Elizabeth was so friendly! I wanted to make sure to get on here and give a positive shout out as I'd seen negative comments about them not being friendly. Not sure if she's new, but always like to share good experiences when I have them.
