Had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Rachel Malt. FreeStar is a community hidden gem as far as I'm concerned and incredibly military supportive. Opened a new account with her and also bought out my lease with her. Beginning to end, she was communicative, friendly and on top of her stuff. Tellers at this location were friendly and helpful as well. Opening an account and applying for my loan was an absolute breeze. I love supporting my local credit unions and you should too. FreeStar is worth your time and money.

The manager, Joey, was beyond helpful to my wife and me today. Even though FreeStar couldn’t help with our specific situation, he took the time to give us excellent advice and several great recommendations. He spent a lot of time speaking with us, even though he knew they didn’t offer a product that would meet our needs. Joey was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping us. We truly appreciate his time and highly recommend working with him!

I have nothing but positive praise for Joseph, the branch manager at the chesterfield location. I refinanced 2 of my vehicles with him and he went above and beyond my expectations in the entire proces. Joseph was very friendly and communicated with me in real time through phone calls and emails. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.
