I just purchased an Aspen Lite XL from FSR and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. My tent arrived with a hole you can see through in the protective cover right out of the box. When I reached out, I was dealing directly with the owner, Ben Tewes, and his response was to tell me it was “just a scuff” and to “put a dot of glue on it.” That’s what I got after spending over $3,000 on a brand-new roof top tent and accessories. The camping cookware set I bought for my boyfriend is so nice!! We love it.
My Toyota Land Cruiser 250 is equipped with the FSR Odyssey XL tent. This tent is great for my wife, toddler, and me. We have yet to try it with our 2nd child which will be tight once they get older. Quality of the tent is top notch and has held up well through 35-45mph winds. The t-nut channels allow for mounting awnings and FSR's double privacy tent which is such a great setup for privacy and basically an extra room which sets up in approx. 5min.
