Within 14 months the lining of the tent disintegrated making the tent not remotely water resistant. Of course we had not used it for 8 months because of the cold. It had probably been used 25 days. The company showed little interest or concern that their product was now irreparable and nothing more than a sunshade. It's a throwaway now.
Finally bought our first roof top tent. Casey's informative, no pressure approach was exactly what we wanted and made our decision easy. He helped us with installation and we couldn't be happier.
I was looking for the right roof top tent for my lifestyle and I called FreeSpirit. The sales support person (Logan) was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We talked for 15 minutes and he answered every question I had. I bought my tent the moment I was off the phone. Excellent quality and customer service. Homerun experience and I will be a customer for life. Thanks FSR.
