Freers recently completed the repairs to my Kluger. Trent and Hannah were excellent to deal with. They were professional, responsive, honest and straightforward to deal with. And they went out of their way to ensure the whole repair was completed. I highly recommend them.
I'm having the exact same experience as many others in these reviews. It's been six months and they're still telling me they're "waiting for parts." I call a few days before each completion date, to confirm the car will be ready, and every time they assure me it will be. But they kept extending it. My wife hit a roo back in June and had to book my car to a near car repairer. Submitted the claim back in July and I was hoping to have my car ready way before the end of the year. Freer's team are friendly (some more than others) but it has taken them months to sort the parts and have majorly failed to provide the customer with updates. The overall service was good. We booked through AAMI insurance. It took about two months to wait for the parts and three days for the repair, probably because they were busy. After finishing, they even washed the car before returning it.
