Adam came out to troubleshoot my dripping a/c. He couldn't find the actual problem. I am very aggravated with him because he always tries to sell me a new a/c system. I tell him I am not interested, but he just keeps trying!!! I hate persistent sales people. Plus he is charging so much now!! Today he charged me $229.00 to do an annual maintenance. Twice as much as what Freer's charged 2 years ago.
If you are looking for a great AC/Heating company to work with, look no further. We have used Freer’s for quite a bit, our tech is amazing. We have a complex split zone that is unique to the area and Adam has been on the ball with it! They won’t lead you down some fairy path and suggest you need anything you don’t! Mike and his crew have been our "go to" ac & heating crew since we bought our home two years ago. Always professional, reasonably priced, and dependable. They recently installed a new system for us. We were impressed with the knowledge of the different systems and products associated with them before we purchased it and able to purchase the best system for our home as a result. Truly the best service in the Panhandle! Their techs are the most knowledgeable and hard working people in the industry. They take the time to explain everything about your A/C, all the way down to individual components - if you're curious and inquire. Replacing the whole house A/C is expensive, but they're courteous enough to let you know ahead of time when prices are going up nationwide, instead of waiting and letting you get blindsided by a higher price tag.
