There were 3 team members that were super nice offered water and exeded my expectations they have good humor and made sure I was taken care off they dialed in my bike and all especially Troy ,griffin they made this entire experience well worth it and I’ll be back here if I need anything not only for the good music but the people as well also shout out to Brian for hooking me up
If you need a bicycle repair you need to bring it to Freeride and ask for Griffin. He was friendly fast and the repair cost was VERY reasonable.
I had the pleasure this morning meeting Brian right as the shop opened up. He took care of my grandsons bike issue which I could not figure out in about 10 minutes. Thank you for jumping right on this to help me, you went out of your way to help out, that shows who you guys are done there at the shop. Much appreciated.
Very rude horrible customer service. Acted like we were bothering them wouldn't come out from behind the counter to check a tool said we should bring the bike to them so they could charge us 100 bucks an hour. - he told you what bike it was you had it in shop don't give me that crap.
Griffin has done work on my family’s bikes for awhile now. He’s always super friendly, down to Earth, and quick at fixing things. Thanks Griffin! I’m sure we will see you soon man!
