They bait and switch, they take forever to do anything, and instead of refunding money for work they never did they gave us store credit. We used the store credit to buy a light that was supposed to be new but was clearly scratched up and used. Will never go here again
These guys are the worse! Everytime I accidentally ride my bike in the rain my brakes stop working. I bring the bike into their shop to fix it and they refuse to fix it. They just pretend like they don't know how to fix it. Last time I took my bike to them for brake fixes, I asked them to reapply the grease on the disk breaks. They instead injected my breaks with some fluid which completely totaled my $1000 ebike. As far as I'm concerned you guys owe me $1000 to replace my bike.
