Freeport Health Club has been around since 1984, first known as Island Fitness and Tan Spa. It had a very limited selection of equipment to go along with being one the first in the area with tanning beds. It was bought out in 1988 and was re-named FHC to go along with new equipment and new management. Then in 2000, it went to an all female format. It was pretty basic but didn't have any MEATHEADS or the need to hit the PANIC BUTTON as they say when intimidates.. it was straight. Cheap monthly packages too.
Awesome gym with super friendly staff. I always feel at home here, and it's a great place to focus and put in work.
