Larry was the salesman who assisted me on my visit to Freeport Ford. Larry was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive 2 different trucks that I was looking at. Larry was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable during my experience. I highly recommend Larry and Freeport Ford for anyone looking for a vehicle.
The service manager here is an expert at talking in circles and shutting his ears when a customer comes in for service under warranty. He will wash his hands of you when his techs waste months of your time and are still unable to fix the original issue. If you want my advice: buy a Toyota or Honda, but according to Steve I don’t know anything 🙂 Buyer beware and avoid servicing your vehicle here because they won’t honor their workmanship if any issues arise with their work.
I bring my Ford in for regular oil changes. They're no more expensive than Jiffy Lube and the service team here is more experienced and better supervised.
