I had one simple request at Freeport Dental—after they pulled my tooth, I asked if I could keep it. You’d think that wouldn’t be a big deal, right? Apparently not. They flat-out refused, like they’re some kind of evil tooth fairy operation running behind the scenes. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). This is your warning! Do not go to this dentistry office. Dr Malcolm and his assistant have terrible bedside manner. The assistant rushes you through everything. Multiple times I could not breathe and they would not listen to me when I told them I was sucking mucus and unable to get air. At one point the the assistant forced my tongue down into my throat and completely blocked my airway while I had the prop in my mouth.
