Customer service is excellent! Feels like Ron own it again!! Aj was amazing to work with! There are a ton of bike shops by my house but I’ll gladly drive the 88 miles to have my bike serviced here!!

My husband brought me here to look into getting a new bike after purchasing his here. I believe the gentleman helping me was Nick, and was extremely helpful and let me try a few, as well as letting my husband ride around on one so he could bike with me. I purchased a new bike and can't wait to zoom around town and on the trails soon! Thank you, FBC!
I needed a couple bikes worked on with short notice. They promised a 24 hour turnaround and exceeded that. They contacted me early the next day saying they were ready to be picked up. They did miss one small thing (we're all human, right) and the owner offered to come to me to fix it! Seriously, when was the last time you ever had great service like that? Awesome experience!!
From kicking tires, to a few test rides, eventually purchase of a bicycle, and service of another the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Freeport Bicycle Company is a great asset to downtown.
