I paid $69 for estimate. The repair person was suppose to be here between 12-3pm. The guy called at 3:30 stating he would be here between 4:30-5. He arrived at 5:20 pm. Told me I needed to replace the lid switch on the washing machine. I asked how much he said he didn’t know he needed to call to check the price of the switch. I asked for a rough estimate of the labor he said he didn’t know and that the office was closed. I googled the lid switch for my whirlpool and discovered the switch was $15. He left. We were able to book an appointment for the next day which was great. The tech that came to fix our refrigerator was great. He was fast but good and very friendly! Nice experience!!!
