I had a concern that I relayed to management via the "contact us" option on their website. Within 90 Minutes, I received a lengthy reply from the CEO along with his personal cell phone number and a request for me to call at my convenience. I spoke with the CEO and he offered a remedy to my concern that was more than fair and generous. Charged me $250 for a keyless entry when I asked for a keyless entry with alarm then tried to charge me an additional $300 for a keyless entry with alarm claiming miscommunication on the installers part not my fault I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake SOUTH BLVD LOCATION
