They keep you updated about your repairs. Daniel worked on my 2018 Fleetwood Discovery Diesel Pusher. He prepped the ACs in anticipation of warmer weather, replaced the CO / LPG detector, removed & reinstalled the large driver side window so I could get the window defogged by a glass company. He also replaced the water pump with a new one I provided. He even shared his ingenious design for ensuring the slide gaskets flip the proper direction for a reliable seal.
