Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me and did not follow through with requests. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. There were significant delays in calling the physician when my condition changed. The facility was very easy to locate. Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
