Helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with
I called ahead to see if Robert had time to help me with an issue on my car. I already had the part, I just needed help installing it. He was friendly, funny, incredibly helpful, and very informative throughout the whole process. The repair was quick, but he still took the time to explain everything and made the experience stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Freeman's was recommended to me by 2 different auto shops and I was very pleased with their service, friendliness and helpfullness. I replaced my radio in my 2010 Chevy Colorado with a pioneer car stereo and added a backup camera. The job was completed in about 3 hours and I was able to pick my truck up after hours.
