I sent my wife to Freeman’s to have her 03 jeep liberty’s front end aligned and to have the tires balanced. Supposedly the inner tie rods were not tight enough for them to turn the outer tie-rod in order to adjust it for the alignment. They offered to tighten them for 150.00. Then laughed at, and spoke downwards towards my wife for not wanting to pay them such an outrageous price to tighten 2 inner tie rods. Never again! Pictured below is the proper tool for removal and installation of inner tie rods.
They couldn't fix the problem I had with my car but they were kind enough to let me know what my problem was car! Thanks guys!!
