I had a midwife here about 17 years ago that i loved, but this facility has obviously changed. I just called looking to see if they provided a specific service/procedure, and the lady was very combative with me. I tried asking in another way, explaining my situation/need further. She again argued and made it seem like i would not be accepted as a patient and could not answer to what services they offer. I have to give 5 stars to Faith Reynolds nurse practitioner! She is very thorough, very caring, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns! I highly recommend her.
I ended up going into preterm labor at 15 weeks due to them not taking me seriously about having HG I was constantly in and out of different hospitals because every time I went to Freeman, they would send me home and I got worse and ended up going into labor had to go back because my placenta got stuck in my cervix and had to go to Mercy Hospital because Freeman kept sending me home
