lack of compassion and impatient.
Dr. Freeman provides excellent care. He takes as much time as one needs to express their concerns and he addresses each issue. He provided excellent care to my sister with special needs for 20 years, and when I was looking for a new PCP, he took me as a new patient even though he wasn't taking new patients at the time. The office staff is amazing as well, from the front desk check in, medical assistants, Certified Nurse Practitioner, other doctors in the group or setting up a new appointment.
I admit, that I only talked to him over the phone but his total lack of compassion was appalling. He lectured me about my choice where I have a test done, instead of dealing with my problem.
