Fabulous customer service. Great communication, fast and accurate. I appreciate her honesty and knowledge on current tax laws.
Will not be doing business with someone who is blatantly rude, all it took was 5 minutes and explaining i might take some time for me to get my w2s from last year since my dad helped me file for her to cuss at me and tell me I should already have that information. Very rude and unprofessional if you don't like being talked down or made out to be stupid don't go here
Went to her the last two years she is so quick to get you in and help you understand the entire process. I plan to continue going to her every year
Jolene was very rude and honestly didn't seem very knowledgeable in her profession. I guess Karen is her mother , sad seems the apple doesn't fall far from the tree . Please take your business else where and save yourself the headache truly I would give zero stars if I could.
I highly recommend getting your taxes done here. Karen has done my taxes for over 5 yrs. She is straightforward to let you know if you’re missing something. She knows her job and I highly trust her! She has helped my wife and I get through a couple of tough situations in our taxes. She knows the system and the current updates. Karen will not steer you wrong.
