Dr. Carney took amazing care of me when I had to have my gallbladder removed unexpectedly. He was very thorough, talked me through everything. I greatly appreciated his caring, honest bedside manner. His intern was amazing as well. Thank you so much for the care.
Has the worst bedside manner any one could ask for, looks at my wife and goes 'everything will be fine, okay? It'll be fine' all because she was asking him questions.
He did my surgery for an emergency appendectomy and ruptured colon. He did a great job and I was very happy with the results.
I’m sure the Dr is great at what he does and my surgery went fine but he is very arrogant and rude. Horrible bedside manner. The student Dr’s of his were awesome though. Very friendly and caring. Sitting at my follow up appointment for what is so far an hour after my scheduled time and still haven’t been called back to be seen. What is the point of an appointment time if you have to sit in the lobby all day. Seems very disorganized and over booked. Like cattle being shuffled through. Dr CARNIE is an AMAZING Dr.!!! I came home from the St. Louis, Barnes Hospital with Strep, Staph, and Ecoli in which I kept telling them at Barnes Hospital there was something wrong... But they told me that there was Nothing wrong and I didn't need to tell the Dr there that cause he was getting ready to send me home ( 4 hours away ). Two days later I'm in Freeman ER meeting Dr Carnie and he THANK THE LORD took Great care of me. All of that infection had to be cut out and I was left with a large hole in my Stomach that I had ... read more
