Speaking from much experience Freeman Neosho hospital ER is the worst medical facility I've ever been to in my long history of chronic illness. I waited for 2 hours to be seen, not an easy task with a toddler. I even asked if there was a way to be worked in early, because you know, toddler. The lady on the phone was very rude with her “(heavy sigh) No.” I understand that you’ve had a long day AND we’re in the middle of a pandemic, but honestly, you CHOSE that job and I wasn’t rude. There was no reason for such a tone. After 2 hours I left. Nearly an hour later I get a call stating that my room is ready. No wonder so many people I talk to prefer going to Mercy.

I just received a bill for Covid-19 test for $589!! My son got charged the same. Neither of us has insurance. We were trying to do the responsible and right thing because we were "possibly" exposed to someone who had it. Why would anyone get tested if its going to cost this much ? The cost was not disclosed at the time of the test. If it was I wouldn't have taken it. This is taking advantage of people.

It's disgusting just how incompetent, lazy & worthless ALL doctors are nowadays. The fact they're all in one hospital is scary.. whats worse..The nurses are just as bad!!! Most hospitals the poor nurses do all all the work & doctors get paid to read a chart (report card) of their work. Freeman doctors & nurses lack the intelligence to even fill one out correctly 🙄 Not to mention the total lack of Empathy by ANY OF THEM!!! Let me save you some time if you're thinking about going or taking a loved one in... Got Chest pains...... read more

Long like extremely long wait times after youre checked into the era you wait for an hour before youre in a room I've had two student drs (not actually drs yet) push around where it hurt named 3 different things it could be left then the actual Dr came in said its something that's doesn't fully fit my systems and left been wait for almost 2 hrs for some kind of test to be ran and still nothing not even anything to help me easy my pain! Oscar its that hard to do a mouth swab and an ultra sound one my jaw line to get a true di... read more
