This company was hired for a Chip Seal Program by the city and they have made our residential street significantly worse than it was prior to them doing thier work. We had some potholes properly filled by the city and some others that were due to be repaired. After Freeman came out, our street is now covered in potholes and ridges that are now the same color and can no longer be seen to be avoided.
