Good Luck to anyone that calls this place. Would love to tell you about the doctors, but unfortunately the front desk staff have as much professionalism and compassion as a peanut. Called repeatedly and each time, put on the forever hold! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a doctors office and that's saying something as I've been in and out of doctors offices on a weekly basis for the past few years. Horrible!
Dr Freeman's Nurse is very unprofessional. She will not respond to phone call , text or email. We have been following up for preauthorization of a medicine. She says she has send it but the insurance said that they have not received. Insurance gave a number to call back. She needs to call on that number and settle it but she would not do it. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. She is making the patient suffer. Horrible experience. I am not sure if the doctor knows about it. We have no way to contact the doctor directly.
