Complete lack of assuming responsibility when wires placed behind teeth at end of orthodontia broke. Claimed the treatment was no longer used, though every adult I know who has had full treatment has been fitted with wires. I paid for 24 mo. full orthodontia, told I was needed that by Freeman, his Periodontal team mate as well as another orthodontist. 24 months. Dr. Freeman and his staff are absolutely amazing! They answered all of my son’s questions and made sure he was comfortable the whole time so he wasn’t scared at all getting his braces. I can’t wait to see how they turn out! I highly recommend going to see him if you or your kiddo are in need of braces.
