While some members out the staff are great,the overall professionalism of some the nurses, administrative staff are completely lacking.Facility is old and out of date the owners have zero intention of upgrading. The bad nurses are neglectful of residents,as typical in any nursing home the only time the "care" is when state is in the building.
Don't bother calling .. no one answers their phones. You have to wonder if they're overwhelmed .. or so understaffed the can't answer the phones. Its Sunday at 10am. No answer.
My aunt was there recently and she was well cared for
They took great care of my friend who needed to stay here for a month.
Grateful for the compassionate care provided at this facility.
