Well, I have been waiting to get registered for over 45 minutes. After making calls, the receptionist says, “I don’t know why they sent you a card saying you are scheduled in Neosho. We have you down for Joplin.” So after waiting for an hour, I am still not registered. This is the worst situation I have ever been in with a hospital. Do better!!! Update…my appointment was at 10:20 and it is now 11:34 and I still have not been seen. They are trying to fit me in by taking everyone else and making me wait.
DO NOT TRUST THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT!!! We went there to get a tube reversal because United Health wouldn't cover fertility treatments and this was our only option. We were very clear with the hospital that we only want the surgery if covered by insurance. They assured us United Health approved the surgery, we paid our portion and only then could the surgery be scheduled.
