I was told there would be an hour and a half wait. It ended up being over 4 hours. Many people left before being seen because of how long the wait was. Once I was brought back to a room and seeing the doctor it took about 10 minutes to get me out of there. I do not understand why it took so long because there wasn't that many people in the waiting area. Went in there for yeast infection because I have had them before 2 and half hours of waiting to be threatened and withholding treatment because I would not take insulin. The patient has the right to choose what medicines they take or don't take. I did not want to be insulin dependent or take phentnol. The doctors was very rude to me and didn't listen to what I was saying. This is not a good hospital to. So I had to leave with no help or relief.
If I could do zero stars I would . Waited over 5 hours and never saw a doctors with my 1 year old . Asked multiple times and everyone was very rude. The admission worker wasn’t even at her station for half the time so others couldn’t even check in. This is not an emergency department, this a group of uncaring , lazy individuals that should not have jobs
