Only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the ER Doc Rebecca. She is excellent and listens have had her both times and she has been fantastic she deserves the highest pay possible. Now the other doctors are god awful my child came in with a blister/bite on her ankle that swelled up dr just said it was cellulitis and gave oral antibiotic prescription to pick up tomorrow Dr never even hardly looked at the site of concern. Came with a friend. Got in to triage very quickly. Wasn't very busy and not 1 person waiting; however, have been waiting in a room for over an hour. They are soooo slow. They act like nothing is important or an emergency. If you are having a hard time, go to joplin, monett, cassville, springfield. The drive is worth it bc you would be waiting that long anyway!!
Nightmare. Please go anywhere but here. My 1 year old daughter received horrible care and my family and I were verbally harassed and accused by staff of things that made no sense. You deserve better care than this.
No wait. It is very early and there's no one really here. The lady at check in was kind of rude. There are two nice nurses but doctor himself didn't seem to really care. They poked 3 times trying to start an IV because they wouldn't listen to me and I have complicated veins. They did finally get an IV started and get me medicine but it took longer and caused more pain. Overall not great and don't recommend.
