Five stars easy smaller then the one in Joplin but just as good nurses doctors took care of me greatly when I had the flu food was great and they got a great team of doctors and nurses around the clock thank you freemen for taking care of me .
I just want to say i came in there not feeling good told them i wanted to get tested for any virus before i returned to work bc i work with kids in a hospital setting and they didnt stick it all the way up my nose said it came back negative for everything told me theres no magical fix MY DOCTOR WAS SUPER RUDE TO ME wouldnt give me a work excuse and then literally less then 24hrs later i go to a different hospital an hour away bc I WAS BREAKING OUT IN HIVES 4hrs LATER and tested positive for covid and of course i received so ... read more
If i could rate them a ZERO/ZERO I WOULD!!!! My husband was diagnosed with high liver enzymes... he is an alcoholic trying to recover.... however, they prescribed him 'paxlovid' to "help" which causes more liver damage! Prescribed by Benjamin Cesarz at Neosho, MO E.R. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by this. They aren't trying to help you, they're trying to kill you. He's a doctor and he knows this. How disgusting is that?! More money for him I guess. Doctors just don't care anymore.
If I was able to not give it any stars I would, was at the er last night over my hip being in pain, was there for less then 30 minutes, the nurse who I had first was rude at me, never been to an er that asked how many tattoos I have, then when the doctor came in he was asking questions that were not related to my hip being in pain, all he said that he could do is an X-ray, when I told him that is not what I needed as I had already had surgery on my hip a year before had, the staff treated me like all I wanted was pain meds, ... read more
