Most dishonest management team I believe I've ever had to deal with. They never delivered on replacing damaged trim with new trim, on a brand new vehicle as agreed to at the time of purchase. Instead they did a poor job of patching existing trim, next they pulled a bait and switch by swapping out the trim with another vehicle after I complained (good luck to whoever bought that one), and they've since just continued to lie and post deceitful online responses to honest feedback/reviews. Too much time and no deal. Left and bought a subaru tree next day before noon with great customer service
The person's at the service department where very friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable and willing to listen to my problem and asked all the right questions.
I was quoted a much higher price to fix the heating system in my car at a different shop. Salvador identified the issue and quoted a much lower price than I had received before. So grateful he was honest and was able to fix it the same day!
