The sale was excellent. I love Mazda cars. Juan is also the best salesperson there is. He's very kind, attentive, charismatic, and treats you as he should. However, Mazda never explained a situation with the mileage: they sold me a car with 32,000 miles, but the warranty only covers it up to 36,000. This was disappointing, and information that wasn't shared was not shared. If I had known this, I wouldn't have taken the car. I need to take action because it wasn't fair.
