This is the best car dealership! They are very professional and patient whenever I’ve had services done. They are always willing to fix anything and everything, and most importantly, they are honest—which is rare to find in mechanics these days. Unlike others who might try to take advantage, they truly care about their customers. Anytime I’ve had concerns, they’ve provided exceptional service. As long as I’m in Texas, this is the only mechanic I trust with my car. I highly recommend them—10/10
Went to get a alignment because my suv steering wheel was off to the right. Still off to the right. They said my front pads were at 3mm. Looks like 5-6mm to me. I'll alignment myself at work from now on. Went to them because last time they did a great job. With everything. Not to sure the warranty rear pads they said that we're at 4mm were really at 4mm
This service center has extremely poor communication. I brought my car in for service on Friday, and I left it because the staff wasn’t sure how long the problem would take to diagnose—which is OK, I understand. However on Saturday I was promised an update and never received it, despite reaching out several times. The employee I was texting stopped responding.
