My father placed and paid for an order for 2 back braces several months ago. I have left multiple messages trying to find out why they haven’t processed his order, although it sure didn’t take them long to process his payment. My father is a 92 year old veteran who was injured in the Korean War. He has been wearing a back brace for 60+ years. He has been ordering them from Freeman Manufacturing for years. Excellent service and fine products. I ordered a new brace in error, right type, wrong size. When you order be careful you select the right size. I called as soon as I discovered the error. I got an RMA over the phone and shipped the brace back USPS. They issued my credit the next working day, Best if you call, e-mail can be slow.
