Little to no communication from service advisor. Pressed me on trying to upsell other services. He told me the car would be ready by 11:30, but didn’t deliver until after 1:30. Would not give me an itemized bill, but pressed for immediate payment.
Outstanding! I have a 2003 Lexus SC430 convertible hard top. At 21 yrs old, the car was bound to malfunction. It's hard top got stuck open and I had just left Santa Rosa Airport to head home 2 hours away. I drove to their service department, near the end of their work day, the front office welcomed me, even though it was late in the day. The service manager Aiden Mussabini, had their mechanic look at it, immediately and they had me in a loaner, so I was not stranded, all within around 30-35 minutes. SUPERIOR service!
