This business mows the lot next to mine and his landscapers came into my yard and mowed my 3 inch green grass down to 1 inch and made it brown and killed it. I called the company and the owner told me his people did not do that and once I sent a video showing they did he said he would come look at it. The owner came and took a look, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to fix anything and said he considered the matter closed. I’m now in the process of contacting my lawyer.
