Horrible doctor. She acts as if she knows everything yet she does everything she can to breeze through appointments instead of being thorough. Her nurse, Shamelda, is even worse. It took five weeks for her to fill out one form for a dermatologist referral and that was after I put her on a three-way phone call with the Dermatology office. Even then, she was argumentative and tried to fight with the lady on the phone and shuck responsibility. Dr. Freeman is incredibly kind and smart! She will provide you tons of education and reassurance. If you value a calm and friendly demeanor, she is the doc to see!
She very caring and concern about your health. She also takes time to listen to her patients.
She is excellent, very nice, kind and listen to all concerns, diagnostic and follow up on my condition was perfect. Thanks to her and her staff.
