Used them for years. Kerry retired and the place has gone downhill. 1st time I was ever called a tax evader.
Amy was wonderful.. I may not have been in the best mood but she did her best and was very helpful .. thank you …… but the receptionists were really keen on cashing me out and processing my return.. next time please allow me to make the decision to REVIEW before rushing out the door. Once you see something complete doesn’t mean changes can’t be made. Turns out I owed $224 verses getting $300 back… when I read it back I saw a mistake I made..that’s because I INSISTED on seeing Amy for review when the receptionist kept pushing... read more
